Kristin Miskella - Account Executive

Kris keeps projects on track, clients in the loop, and ideas in the hopper. She's a great sounding board for creative concepts and often helps steer them in the right direction. When Kris is on the job, there's no doubt things are going to be done timely and efficiently. She wears so many hats, it's hard to lock her into any one position.
Why did you join Legato?
I was impressed with the unique niche Legato has carved for itself. The group is focused, talented, and really understands the healthcare market.
What do you find most interesting about working in an agency?
The creative energy inspires me. I love the work we create and that I can have an impact on it.
What are the advantages of working in a smaller firm?
The ability to share ideas freely with the entire team and know that they value what I have to say—from strategy to creative.
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
A travel writer. My friends tease me because I plan all of my trips right down to which outfit I'll wear for each occasion. I've made itineraries for trips I won't take for years. If you need an itinerary, I'm your girl.
What is your most embarrassing work moment?
During college, I worked as a waitress at a steakhouse. Interesting, since I had no idea the difference between a porterhouse, rib eye, or New York strip. This gap in my education turned out to be uncomfortably noticeable when I stood in front of a table of eight and asked, "Which steak is yours?"
What is your favorite movie and why?
A Few Good Men. It's full of quote-able lines and conversations. Most of my other favorites get terrible reviews; they're guilty pleasures. But I'm not going to reveal them here.
Do you have any off-the-norm skills?
I can almost touch my elbows together in front of me. Otherwise, no. I can't even whistle.
