Solution:
Legato developed EMS Connections, a quarterly magazine geared toward EMT professionals, physicians and others at various levels within the EMS community. The general approach is to recognize and congratulate these men and women for their service to the community, while building an even stronger affinity with Aurora Healthcare. This strategy was combined with other initiatives such as an EMS symposium to provide educational and social opportunities to further develop relationships.
